I have been told by my friend and close colleague John Johnston that this is an essential part of of creating a web presence that others (who may be interested) can follow on a regular basis.

From now on I will endeavour to update this page as often is possible but I am a busy person and one can only try.

Well it is not going to be retrospective so lets start with some images and activities from the last week or so:

First up:Braehead Clan Ice Hockey shoot; Model Nadia, Model Vicky, French model Mina; next; Model session in Oban, then model sessions in Bar Square Merchant City, Next; search for a News of the World Score Angel 2010 at Byblos Glasgow. Next, Debbie Shaw studio shoot, Wicked Costumes 2, 15th January Boho Club Swish Party, 14th January Wicked Costume shoot with Ashleigh, 13th January Model networking Night Glasgow. 5th December wedding in the very dark Charles Rennie MacIntosh Church in Glasgow of Kirsty Stewart & Duncan Wallace all the way over from South Africa and then on the Pond Hotel. Kirsty had booked the Botanical Gardens for her pre service pictures but was unlucky with the weather. Pictures and link up shortly. BMW model shoot in Glasgow, then DaMarcus Collection Maurice Edu models DaMarcus. Winterfest Glasgow 2009 is next. Mode 2009 at Byblos Club. Mina, in the heart of the city.

French model Mina brings some heat to the heart of Glasgow city centre on a bitterly cold day in February. A real star.

Oban model shoot

New model Lyndsay Anne from Oban very kindly agreed to give of her time while I was in Oban and a couple of the shots are posted below. While the sun did shine it was a very chilly -3 deg in the sunshine for most of the time. Sunny in the morning then overcast in the later afternoon. Lot more pics on my Facebook or Bebo pages. Also did some pics for Sea Kayak Guides in Oban, images on their web site soon.

There is a three part video available on Utube and while part one is posted up there will wait until it is completed before posting the links. Dont think I am ever going to be a movie star but it is not too bad for a very first effort. Hopefully we will get better as we learn the process and shoot some more model sessions. Will see what kind of reception they get and take it from there. Was good fun to do if nothing else. Wicked costumes 2

Put a smile on my face!

Once again had a great shoot at Wicked costumes factory in Irvine and this time got to shoot some hilarious new outfits. I am sure they will be big hits when the catalogue comes out and they are available to the general public. If you are looking for fancy dress, hilarious costumes and of course some very excellent ladies attire then just Google Wicked Costumes for your nearest retailer. Of course the gents are not left out either with 100s of costumes, shirts, wigs and the rest to choose from.

Hopefully will get do more in the near future. Looking forward to it already.

BMW model shoot in Glasgow with Marlene Potfer. Images are to be used in the new film by Fear Driven Films with the title Ravaged. More images posted soon and will link when active. Hope you like this very short preview images. Images are now active with links to more images from the shoot. Hopefully there will be a few you will like. The DaMarcus Collection

The Collection went live with the launch on Wednesday Night 25th November 2009. Links below are now also live to images taken at the pre launch shoot and I hope there is some in there that you like.

Rangers footballers DaMarcus Beasley ably assisted by his friend and colleague Maurice Edu went along to city centre Club 29 for a pre launch shoot organised by Glasgow Argyll Arcade jewellers The Diamond Studio. run by Summera Shaheen. Pictures from the shoot can now be seen on The Diamond Studio web site and accessed from the link above.

 DaMarcus is just about to launch his new jewellery collection aptly titled The DaMarcus Collection and yours truly was commissioned to record the event and to get some images for the web site prior to the launch night on Wednesday.

 You should be able to buy the range online very soon now. Link to The Diamond Studio is active above. Just a couple of images posted below as I do not want to spoil the launch pictures by publishing them here before the big night. Images will be posted after the web site link goes live. Keep checking back for details. Some killer images are in there. Both guys were and absolute pleasure to work with and hopefully we had some fun getting the images. Must also thank Zoe Gorman for giving us the female look in the pictures. A few of her pictures can be seen on my Bebo. Looking forward to the launch night now and who knows, I might see you there on the night?

Winterfest Glasgow 2009

Winterfest is now an annual event held on the 5th of November in Drumchapel Glasgow and attracts about 25000 visitors each year. The event is growing in popularity due to the artists attending and get bigger year on year. This year we had Journey South, MacDonald Brothers & Les McKeown of Bay City Roller fame, Titan the Robot and S Club 3 and many others including members of the local community. Wee taster below and some pics from the night can be seen here. Fantastic fireworks display - which I did not photograph!
